As I mentioned in my last post, which you can view here, I went on a DIY Fall decor spree in the last couple weeks, even though it is still in the 90s here and I have yet to put up any of my Fall decor because it just doesn’t quite feel like Fall yet! But I want to be prepared for when the Fall weather does hit and have been making inexpensive home decor in preparation for celebrating the season!
I was at Target a couple of weeks ago and they had some Fall decor in their $3 bargain bins including some wood adhesive Fall wording and some adhesive wood leaves.

Wood Adhesives from Target $3 bargain bin
If you don’t have a Target nearby or they don’t carry these wood adhesives at your local Target, you can buy them on Amazon, but they are more than twice the price there (aff link):

Cut a 1×12 board to 16″ in length.
I then sanded the board and stained with Minwax Dark Walnut (my favorite go-to stain!)

Now, add the adhesive letters and shapes!
Add a picture hanger to the back or use an easel to display your new decorative DIY Fall decor artwork! Cheap and Easy! Here are a couple more pics:

Great idea! Love the thriftiness of it. And the dollar section in Target is always a good place to find fun goods! Visiting from Blog + Biz BFFs FB group.
Thanks Victoria! It’s amazing what kind of great craft ideas and items you can find in their bargain bin! And they are usually filled with items relevant to the season. Thansk for stopping by!
